The last surviving founder of the Ladies Professional Golf Association, Marlene Bauer Hagge, died Tuesday at the age of 89.
She began her professional career at the age of 13. She won 26 professional tournaments including the 1956 L.P.G.A. Championship. She is a member of the World Golf Hall of Fame.
