{"id":4875,"date":"2019-12-16T09:27:22","date_gmt":"2019-12-16T17:27:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/therecreationalgolfer.com\/blog\/?p=4875"},"modified":"2021-07-24T10:10:00","modified_gmt":"2021-07-24T17:10:00","slug":"the-center-of-your-stance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/therecreationalgolfer.com\/blog\/2019\/12\/the-center-of-your-stance\/","title":{"rendered":"The Center of Your Stance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This might seem like a small point, but it\u2019s not.<\/p>\n<p>I advocate, and many current instructors advocate, placing the ball in the center of your stance and keeping it there when you hit your irons. <\/p>\n<p>But just saying \u201cthe center\u201d isn\u2019t really that specific. <\/p>\n<p>The three photographs below all show a ball intersecting the center of a stance (yellow rod), but the ball is in a different place each time. Each ball is offset from the other by about 0.4 inches. This is not an insignificant difference.
