But that assumes if you&#8217;re along hitter you always land in the rough. Usually long hitters have a better swing and are straighter. <\/p>\n<p>Besides, I will take 260 and miss four fairways over being 230 in every fairway all the time.<\/p>\n<p>That said, accuracy is the name of the game for recreational golfers. The pros can hit the ball into impossible places and still make par. We can&#8217;t. <\/p>\n<p>If you can hit the ball a long way, good for you. But never sacrifice accuracy trying for <em>more<\/em> distance. Play with the distance you have and hit the ball straight.
